- Kurb Kars Role: We are deploying a fleet of ruggedized Kurb Kars to serve as the “Last Mile” link. From moving international investors securely to transporting specialized hardware for the DeReticular Academy, Node 1 is where our autonomy meets hospitality.
- The Tech: Integration with AI “Agent-to-Agent” travel protocols to automate the movement of people and goods before they even touch the ground.
Node 4: The Green Industrial Engine (Kaabong SEIP)
- The Context: A 7,000-acre Smart Eco-Industrial Park (SEIP) developed in a Joint Venture with Agra Energy Uganda.
- The Industry: This is a Circular Economy masterpiece. We are cultivating high-yield industrial hemp and converting the waste biomass into 10–11 MW of clean electricity via Plasma Gasification.
- Kurb Kars Role:
- Biomass Transport: Autonomous heavy-lift rovers moving hemp stalks from the field to the plasma reactor.
- Mobile Energy Storage: Our vehicles plug into the RIOS microgrid. When the sun goes down or demand spikes, Kurb Kars act as mobile batteries, stabilizing the grid for the processing plant.
The Arizona Connection: R&D Meets Reality
To survive in Uganda, we forge our technology in the fire of the Arizona desert.
Node 3 (Phoenix, AZ) serves as the Connectivity & Autonomy HQ. Sponsored by Trifi Wireless, this node allows us to utilize Arizona’s favorable regulatory environment to stress-test our autonomous navigation systems on the NVIDIA Drive platform.
The Strategy: We achieve certification in Phoenix, then “Copy/Paste” the proven technology to the Kaabong industrial site. This creates a data arbitrage loop—high-tech R&D in the West fueling high-impact industrialization in the Global South.
